Work carried out in three distinct phases: June 2024, September 2024, and January 2025, including:

• Excavation of asbestos-contaminated soils near the railway tracks, in a constrained and high-safety environment
• Implementation of containment measures, dust control, and environmental management adapted to the nature of the contaminants and site conditions
• Close coordination with railway authorities and other stakeholders to ensure safety and regulatory compliance at each project phase

This mandate required a rigorous and progressive approach to guarantee effective interventions while respecting deadlines and applicable standards.
