Montréal Hippodrome

Project involving preliminary decontamination followed by the complete deconstruction of the site’s main infrastructures, including:

• The paddocks
• The grandstand
• The clubhouse
• The general seating stands

The work included:

• Safe removal of contaminated materials (asbestos, mold, etc.) in compliance with environmental standards
• Selective and structural demolition of buildings and stands, with material sorting, recovery, and responsible waste management
• Rigorous logistical coordination to ensure adherence to deadlines and site safety

This mandate is part of a major redevelopment project aimed at requalifying the site.
