As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by recruiting the leaders and pillars who will shape Demospec’s future. Your responsibilities:
· Lead the full recruitment cycle, primarily for management and support roles (needs assessment, posting, interviews, candidate presentations, offers, onboarding).
· Act as a strategic advisor to managers, guiding them in identifying needs, ideal profiles, and team challenges.
· Implement innovative recruitment strategies: targeted sourcing, headhunting, personalized approaches, active networking, digital campaigns, etc.
· Build and maintain talent pools, especially for critical or hard-to-fill roles, anticipating future needs.
· Proudly represent Demospec as an employer of choice at events, on social media, and with external partners.
· Actively contribute to improving the candidate experience with transparent, timely, and human follow-ups.
· Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to employer branding, onboarding, referrals, etc.
· Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to continuously improve practices.
Your Profile
A team player who can also take the lead.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including management and support roles.
· Skilled in innovative sourcing approaches and thinking outside the box to find top talent.
· Comfortable engaging with executives as well as frontline candidates.
· Strong business acumen, positioning recruitment as a strategic lever.
· Able to deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
· Up to date with HR trends, technologies, and best practices.
· Proficient with digital tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, targeted sourcing, recruitment KPIs, etc.
· Proactive, rigorous, creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
