Our company operates in a rapidly evolving sector and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to support its growth and structure a high-performing team.
Are you an experienced financial leader, passionate not only about rigorous financial management but also business development and innovative management practices? Our fast-growing company is looking for a CFO capable of driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and strengthening the trust of our partners.
Your Mission
- Oversee overall financial management: budgets, cash flow, profitability analysis, and cost control.
- Work closely with the Directors of Operations, Estimation, HR, and Business Development to co-create effective management tools, such as integrated dashboards, ERP systems, and automated reporting.
- Actively participate in acquisition projects and the development of new business opportunities.
- Ensure financial and tax compliance, while maintaining a trusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, bringing vision and rigor to every decision.
Desired Profile
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA designation required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, including several years in construction or complex projects.
- Recognized leadership, strong analytical mindset, and a clear strategic vision.
- Excellent ability to collaborate across departments and to communicate financial issues in simple terms.
- Proficient in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and BI tools.
