This one-of-a-kind forum offers hands-on simulations inspired by real cases, allowing our employees to face potential scenarios that may occur in the field. The intensity of the worksite is recreated to help build the right reflexes and sharpen decision-making skills in a controlled environment.
Our foremen play an active role: they sit alongside their teams, guiding and training them to foster dynamic, collaborative learning. This involvement strengthens team cohesion while ensuring genuine knowledge transfer. We are also fortunate to count on the participation of several external partners, committed to sharing expertise, innovations, and best practices.
