The intensity of the worksite is recreated to help build the right reflexes and sharpen decision-making skills in a controlled environment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Our foremen play an active role<\/strong>: they sit alongside their teams, guiding and training them to foster dynamic, collaborative learning. This involvement strengthens team cohesion while ensuring genuine knowledge transfer. We are also fortunate to count on the participation of several <strong>external partners<\/strong>, committed to sharing expertise, innovations, and best practices. Together, we create a space for exchange that goes beyond traditional training.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Going home healthy is non-negotiable.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"\">The Forum is more than just an event: it\u2019s a <strong>concrete demonstration of our commitment<\/strong> to every one of our workers.
